
Castle Retail Park, Stirling
Minded to Grant planning permission has been obtained for a Class I non-food retail development in Stirling. The 50,000 sq ft scheme comprises a 25,000 sq ft anchor store for TK Maxx, with three 7,500 sq ft adjacent units and a 2,500 sq ft kiosk unit fronting Drip Road.
The development also benefits from the provision of 23,750 sq ft of mezzanine space.
Lettings for the scheme are progressing well, with construction operations due to commence in the last quarter of 2008. The ADF designed development incorporates significant environmental enhancements to meet the current building regulations for shell buildings and will provide much needed investment for the regeneration of the Raploch area of Stirling.
The development is due to be completed in Autumn 2009, with the units opening for trading shortly thereafter.
