Forrest acquired the former bus station depot from First Group, a site extending to approximately 4 acres. Outline planning consent has now been granted for a 25,000 sq. ft. warehouse unit plus 10,000 sq. ft. DIY unit, a 3,000 sq. ft. restuarant unit and 10,000 sq. ft. of office space.
A detailed planning application will be submitted shortly.
