Forrest Developments completes new Edinburgh shopping centre

Forrest Developments Limited, specialists in commercial property development and investment, has completed a new Edinbugh shopping centre. Covering more than 100,000 sq. ft. and located next to Murrayfield Stadium, the centre includes an 80,000 sq. ft. Sainsbury's Superstore.

Forrest Developments is currently developing in excess of 500,000 sq. ft. of retail space, mostly in Scotland. The investment portfolio, comprising completed developments and also investments bought with medium term redevelopment in mind, is valued in excess of £100 million.
