Following the letting of Phase 1, works have now been completed on the redevelopment of Phase 2, comprising a 25,000 sq. ft. retail warehouse and garden centre, all of which has now been let to Homebase DIY (opened October 2006).
Other occupiers include Lidl, Argos and Au Naturale and the park is trading well.
