Following the acquisition and redevelopment of the former Save petrol filling station on Busby Road, the 15,000 sq. ft. development is now fully let and trading.
The ground floor is let to Sainsbury's and Tote Betting with the 1st floor let to La Rascasse as a bar / restaurant. This letting was made possible by Forrest obtaining a public house licence, breaking the longstanding "dry area" status of Clarkston.
