Forrest Developments have kicked off the New Year with significant activity on the planning front. Applications have been lodged for retail developments in Cupar, Fife and Drumchapel, Glasgow.
In Cupar, Forrest Developments have lodged a detailed planning application for 19,000 sq ft of retail space. While offering institutional standard space, the design is intended to be sympathetic to the conservation zone. Forrest are also planning a smaller development in Drumchapel, comprising two retail units which are intended to compliment the existing parade of shops
