Forrest Travels to Elgin

Forrest have teamed up with Pricoa, agents on behalf of Hanover Property Unit Trust, to lodge a Planning Application, for approximately 75,000 sq ft of retail accommodation in the centre of Elgin. The development will link into the existing St Giles Shopping Centre and will consolidate Elgin as the regional shopping centre in the area.
