Green Light given for Castle Retail Park in Stirling

Forrest’s 50,000 sq ft Class I non-food retail scheme at Drip Road in Stirling has been referred back to Stirling Council by the Scottish Ministers, after they decided not to call in the application.
The planning consent will now be issued by Stirling Council, subject to reaching an agreement on a roads contribution for the scheme.
TK Maxx will anchor the scheme, with a number of other tenants currently interested in taking space within the development. Work is due to commence on site towards the end of the year.
