This highly prominent 8 acre site to the north of Aberdeen city centre has obtained a detailed planning consent for 115,000 sq ft retail park anchored by 60,000 sq ft Homebase DIY store and garden centre. 15,000 sq ft is available for food retail.
The site has been acquired by Forrest Developments and once First Group relocate, development works will commence.
Forrest Developments sold the King Street site back to First Group in 2007 to assist them with the relocation of their global headquarters.
