Forrest have secured Detailed Planning Consent for a mixed-use scheme in Dalkeith town centre, providing 58,000 sq ft of lettable space. The ADF designed scheme is anchored by a 47,000 sq ft Sainsbury's foodstore and can accommodate up to 11,000 sq ft on the first floor for office, leisure and/or restaurant usage.
Green Light given for Castle Retail Park in Stirling

Forrest’s 50,000 sq ft Class I non-food retail scheme at Drip Road in Stirling has been referred back to Stirling Council by the Scottish Ministers, after they decided not to call in the application.

Demolition and site clearance have been completed at Forrest's latest site acquisition. The site, located next to the SECC complex and the iconic "Squinty Bridge", is to be the subject of a planning application for 2 hotels and a number of other mixed use elements to complement the surrounding environment in one of Glasgow's most up and coming areas.
