Forrest acquired the former bus station from First Group plc, a site extending to approximately 4 acres. Outline planning consent has now been granted for 25,000 sq. ft. plus a 10,000 sq. ft. DIY unit, a 3,000 sq. ft. restaurant unit and 10,000 sq. ft. of office space.
