Forrest Developments Limited was established in August 2001 when Donald Stewart joined the group as Managing Director, bringing with him a wealth of experience in the Scottish Commercial Property Development Market, spanning the last 20 years.
The company specialises in commercial property development and investment, predominantly in Scotland with an emphasis on the retail and leisure sectors. The current development programme is in excess of 500,000 sq. ft. of retail space. The investment portfolio compromising completed developments and also investments bought with medium term redevelopment in mind is valued in excess of £100M.
